This escrow process is designed to protect both buyers and vendors. When a transaction is agreed upon, the buyer makes payment to the group administrator, who securely holds the funds on behalf of both parties. The vendor is notified once payment is confirmed and is then required to ship the watch according to the agreed terms.

Funds are only released to the vendor after the buyer has received the watch and successfully authenticated it within the designated inspection period. Authentication must be carried out through an approved and trusted source, such as an authorized dealer, recognized service center, or qualified professional watchmaker. This ensures that all watches traded within the group meet authenticity standards.
