Escrow Rules & Transaction Guidelines

  1. All transactions conducted through this platform must be processed via the group administrator’s escrow system.
  2. Once a deal is funded, the buyer’s payment will be securely held by the group administrator until all escrow conditions are met.
  3. Vendors are only authorized to ship the watch after escrow funding has been confirmed.
  4. Vendors must ship within the agreed timeframe and provide valid tracking, insurance, and signature confirmation.
  5. Buyers are required to confirm receipt of the watch promptly upon delivery.
  6. Buyers are granted a defined inspection and authentication window (24–72 hours, as stated in the deal terms).
  7. Authentication must be completed through an approved source, including an authorized dealer, recognized service center, or qualified professional watchmaker.
  8. Proof of authentication must be uploaded within the inspection window to avoid automatic release of funds.
  9. If no dispute is raised within the inspection period, funds may be automatically released to the vendor.
  10. In the event of an authenticity dispute, escrow funds will remain on hold until the matter is resolved.
  11. If a watch fails authentication, the buyer must provide verifiable proof from an approved authenticator.
  12. Watches deemed not authentic must be returned to the vendor fully insured, tracked, and in the same condition as received.
  13. Upon confirmed return of a non-authentic watch, the buyer will be refunded according to escrow terms.
  14. Escrow fees are non-refundable once the vendor has shipped the watch.
  15. Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of all listings, including condition, reference, and included accessories.
  16. Buyers are responsible for reviewing all deal details before funding escrow.
  17. The group administrator acts as a neutral escrow intermediary and does not guarantee cosmetic condition beyond authenticity.
  18. Chargebacks, payment reversals, or off-platform settlements are strictly prohibited.
  19. Any attempt to bypass the escrow system may result in suspension or permanent removal from the platform and group.
  20. By using this platform, all parties agree to abide by these rules and accept the administrator’s final decision in escrow-related disputes.
